Copywriting Services Terms
Payment Terms
- 50% Initial Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to begin your project and secure your place in my schedule. - 50% Final Payment:
The remaining 50% is due after the assignment is delivered and once you are satisfied with the final output.
Delivery Timeline
- Project Duration:
Most copywriting projects will be completed within 3 days minimum and up to 30 days maximum, depending on the complexity and length of the copy. - Project Scope:
The timeline for delivery may vary depending on the specific nature of your project (e.g., blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, etc.).
Revisions
- Unlimited Revisions:
I offer unlimited revisions within 30 days of receiving the first draft to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final copy. - Major Changes:
Major rewrites or changes to the project scope may incur additional fees.
Copyright & Usage Rights
- Full Copyright:
Upon full payment, you will hold full copyright of the content produced. - Portfolio Use:
I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Penalty:
If you cancel the project before 30 days from the agreed timeline, a 25% cancellation penalty will be applied to the total agreed project price.
Late Payment Fees
- Late Payment:
A 10% late fee will be charged for payments made more than 7 days after the due date.
Confidentiality
All project-related details shared between you and me will remain confidential. If necessary, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed to ensure privacy.
